FREE CREDIT REPORTS

Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act), consumers can request and obtain a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

There are three convenient ways to request a free credit report:

  • For Online Reports, click here.
  • By Phone - Call 877.FACT.ACT (877.322.8228) to request your free credit report by phone. You will go through a simple verification process over the phone and your reports will be mailed to you.
  • By Mail - Download this form and return it to the address listed on the form. Your credit report will be mailed to you.

Reviewing your credit card and loan statements prior to logging on will help better prepare you to answer questions the bureaus may ask to authenticate your inquiry. We encourage our members to take advantage of this offer. It can help detect identity theft and reduce delays in loan qualification, which may result from inaccurate reports.
